The Federal “agents” have limited constitutional authority. They can not act beyond the chains of the Constitution, it’s not within their power to spend money on charity or many other things. They need to be detained and held for a grand jury. End of story. It’s not about voting.
As I said, Congress is not legally allowed to spend money on anything not specifically delegated to them in the Constitution, but that does not mean that taxation is automatically theft. It is our representatives, acting in our name, that are embezzling money from us to spend illegally, so we cannot absolve ourselves of responsibility by saying “taxation is theft”.
