There are times I weep for the state of our legal system. A perfect example is the case Jessup v. City of Fresno, where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said that the possibility that law-enforcement officers store significant amounts of money during the execution of a warrant was not covered under the fourth and 14th amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
