NOW, THEREFORE, |, Chad Graham, Mayor of the County of Bedford Tennessee, do hereby designate the week beginning September 11th and ending September 17th as CONSTITUTION WEEK; and I invite the people of Bedford County Tennessee to observe that week by reading and studying the Constitution of our country, and prepare ourselves to defend and assert our rights against all those who would infringe on them, whether foreign or domestic.
Paul Engel started the Constitution Study to help others learn to read and study their Constitution, so they may better know and understand their rights.
