Todd and Krista Kolstad have sued Montana’s Department of Child Protective Services/Child and Family Services for seizing their daughter without a warrant in January. Their daughter claimed to be “transgender,” and the Kolstads would not agree to “gender-affirming care.” The couple has also issued a cease-and-desist letter to the state’s GOP lieutenant governor, Kristen Juras, demanding that she stop smearing the Kolstads.
