New York Attorney General Letitia James’ attempt to move her lawsuit against a pro-life organization from upstate New York to Manhattan was rejected by a court last Tuesday. Her lawsuit comes after she faced suit from Heartbeat International over her politically-motivated witch hunt and threats against pro-life organizaions.
