The taxing of billionaires will result in only one thing, they will leave the state, at which time millionaires will be targeted, who will then leave, then they will go even lower, just as has happened with the federal Income Tax, that originally targeted ONLY the top 1% earners, the richest, that all combined are over shadowed by what the middle class now pay!
