The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments at 10 a.m. ET on Mar. 2 in United States v. Hemani (No. 24-1234). At issue in that case is whether an individual who is “an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance” can legally own a gun under the Second Amendment.
