Trump Appointee Jeffrey Clark Files List of 112 Alleged Errors in ‘Unconstitutional’ Proceedings to Disbar Him over 2020 Election Legal Work
Attorney Jeffrey Clark is continuing to battle an effort by the D.C. Bar to strip him of his law license.
Clark filed an “Exceptions to Report of Board of Professional Responsibility” on Wednesday, disputing findings that claimed he engaged in unethical behavior by drafting a proposed letter to Georgia officials on Trump’s behalf that was never sent, advising them of options that could be taken to deal with election wrongdoing in 2020.
