Attorney Jeffrey Clark is continuing to battle an effort by the D.C. Bar to strip him of his law license.
Clark filed an “Exceptions to Report of Board of Professional Responsibility” on Wednesday, disputing findings that claimed he engaged in unethical behavior by drafting a proposed letter to Georgia officials on Trump’s behalf that was never sent, advising them of options that could be taken to deal with election wrongdoing in 2020.
The judge also ordered that some other aspects of the facility be dismantled as current detainees are moved elsewhere.

Following an internal investigation, LCPS decided that two of the three boys who expressed their discomfort over the girl in the locker room were actually guilty of a Title IX violation.
LCPS asserted that these boys were guilty of sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination, handing them a 10-day school suspension and a no-contact order, meaning they are not even allowed to be in the same classes with the girl.
California has announced it will also redraw its congressional map.
