Three People Killed in Target Parking Lot Shooting in Austin, Texas

Washington Examiner   Three people were killed by a gunman who opened fire at bystanders in a Target parking lot Monday in Austin, Texas, police said. At a news conference, Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said the gunman, 32, drove away in a stolen car after the shooting, crashed the car, stole another, then was captured by police after being tased. Several others were wounded, including children. Officials told KVUE that children were not among the dead, though Davis said she couldn’t give further information about the victims. “This is a very sad day for Austin.
