Republican Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell’s staff would not tell the Daily Caller News Foundation Thursday whether the senator would return after the August recess.
McConnell’s staff sent the DCNF an Aug. 6 press release about his rehabilitation and said there was “no additional guidance or announcements” on his health or return. McConnell has not made a public appearance or cast a vote in the Senate since his hospitalization on June 14 after suffering a fall at his residence in Washington, D.C.
Most flagged providers were located in California, Puerto Rico, Florida, New York, and Minnesota, according to Treasury’s analysis.

The Justice Department is accusing UC Berkeley Law of intentionally discriminating against white and Asian applicants — as the school’s dean allegedly discussed ways to skirt rules barring race-based admissions.
“The evidence shows that Berkeley Law deliberately discriminates against applicants based on race,” wrote Harmeet Dhillon, the head of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, in a blistering six-page letter to the school’s attorney.
