FBI Used SPLC to Launch Witch Hunt on Catholics
A convicted criminal with violent intentions attended an irregular Catholic community, and FBI agents turned it into an anti-Catholic witch hunt.
The Trump administration released a report Thursday on eradicating anti-Christian bias from government, shedding new light on an internal FBI memo which created a firestorm about religious discrimination under former President Joe Biden. The Daily Caller News Foundation pieced together a timeline of the infamous anti-Catholic memo’s origins based on an analysis of the new information and documents of the underlying case.

“The index provided by the Attorney General’s Office supplies no context about the withheld emails that would allow a court or any other party to determine if a privilege applies,” the judge wrote.
Separately, the appellate court concluded the Attorney General’s Office did not search for all the documents that were responsive to Judicial Watch’s request.

Tennessee Lawmakers Pass 7 Immigration Bills Introduced to Make Volunteer a ‘Model’ for State Enforcement, Federal Cooperation
Lawmakers in the Tennessee General Assembly successfully passed all but one of the bills introduced in January as part of the effort to make the Volunteer State a "national model" for immigration enforcement, as well as other immigration legislation that was either carried over from last year or introduced later in 2026.
Newly passed legislation includes bills to will empower law enforcement, beginning with HB 1704, which makes it a misdemeanor under Tennessee law for an illegal alien to remain in the state, or reenter the United States, while subject to a final deportation order.
