Data made public by Metro Nashville through its Metro Immigration Interactions portal revealed that Metro Nashville Council Member Sandra Sepulveda allegedly followed a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) van until it stopped, then urged Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) to order the federal vehicle’s driver to leave its parking lot.

In a statement provided to The Tennessee Star, Rose announced that he was given access to "more than 2,000 pages" of documents from the FBI roughly two years after he contacted former FBI Director Christopher Wray to call for the documents to be released.
