Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday announced that he would seek judicial orders declaring that state Democrats who do not return to the legislature by the state House speaker’s deadline have vacated their offices.

Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday signed an order for a federal prosecutor to present evidence to a grand jury to mull charges related to the Russia collusion hoax, Fox News reported.
The move follows Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard sending criminal referrals to the Department of Justice. The convening of a grand jury does not guarantee the filing of charges. Rather, it is the job of the grand jury to recommend charges if they believe sufficient evidence exists to justify a prosecution.

New York, New York – A new poll conducted by Zenith Research and Public Progress Solutions found Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic nominee for mayor of New York City, with a significant lead in the current field of five candidates, attaining 50% of the vote regardless of his opponent.
The combined level of support for former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Mayor Eric Adams, conservative activist and talk show host Curtis Sliwa, and former federal prosecutor Jim Walden and undecided likely voters totaled 49%.
The Republican House speaker said that he would sign civil arrest warrants to track the lawmakers down amid a fight over redistricting.
