OK, the idea that the federal government is corrupt is probably nothing new to most of us. But when that corruption is so obvious that it slaps you in the face, do you turn the other cheek, or do you do something about it?
For example, the O’Keefe Media Group has released a new video showing someone purporting to be a CIA officer stating that the executive level of that agency knowingly and purposefully withheld information from then-President Trump.
During a House committee hearing, the former Chief of the Capitol Police claimed not only that the Sargents at Arms for the House and Senate would not approve his request for National Guard troops on January 6th, 2020, because “The optics weren’t good.” Also, the military refused to provide National Guard support, even after the break-in at the Capitol. There are more and more examples of the Biden administration undermining the rule of law in the states and endangering our families, especially our children.
In the middle of all of this, we do see examples of people standing up for truth, justice, and the American way. But where are the rest of us? Who is contacting our elected employees and praising them when the do right and scolding them when they do wrong? Who is standing with those brave citizens who are standing for their rights?
We don’t need a revolution to make America great again; we just need to get off our butts and do the right things.
