DOJ investigating Biden-era prosecutions of anti-abortion protesters, draft report shows…

The report does not reconcile its claims of Biden-era weaponization with the fact that Trump’s DOJ has unsuccessfully sought to prosecute several of the president’s political enemies, and is currently trying to bring FACE Act charges against former CNN anchor and independent journalist Don Lemon and protesters who entered a church in Minneapolis earlier this year.
The Trump Justice Department is expected to release a report as early as next week concluding that the prior administration politically targeted abortion opponents because of their religious beliefs when prosecuting them for blocking access to abortion clinics, according to three people familiar with the report and a draft reviewed by MS NOW.

The federal government plans to automatically register eligible men for the military draft beginning in December, according to a proposed rule published last week.
Currently, 46 states and territories have laws in place to automatically register eligible men when they apply for drivers licenses or IDs, according to the Selective Service System.
